Product Overview
Quick response adhesive strong cross film self-adhesive membrane is a high-performance, cold construction self-adhesive composite film waterproof membrane made by compounding a specially made cross laminated high-density polyethylene (HDPE) strong film with high-quality polymer self-adhesive rubber asphalt through special processes. This roll material has super strong adhesion, excellent dimensional stability, thermal stability, UV resistance, and bi-directional tear resistance.
The strong cross film used in this product is a high-strength HDPE film formed by cross lamination and lamination process. The film film made by this process has the same longitudinal and transverse elongation, and the coiled material will not deform, which is more beautiful and has more reliable waterproof effect.
Using a high-quality pressure-sensitive self-adhesive adhesive layer, it can quickly bond with the concrete base layer, and its excellent self-healing performance and local water locking performance greatly reduce the probability of leakage. The polymer (chain segments) in the roll material adhesive form an interpenetrating network structure with the cement hydrate (silicate network) at the interface, ultimately forming a continuous mechanical bond that is permanently sealed on the cement adhesive material component.

Scope of Application
Used for non exposed roof and underground waterproofing projects, as well as waterproofing of open cut subway, tunnel, water tank, canal and other projects, especially suitable for projects where open flames are not allowed to be used; Cement mortar should be used to bond with the base layer, and self-adhesive overlap should be used between the rolls.

The design of the vertical and horizontal mesh structure effectively solves the problem of wrinkling and bulging of non tire based HDPE polymer sheets after construction.
After technical treatment, the facial mask has anti ultraviolet radiation performance. Even if it is exposed for a long time after construction, the product appearance quality will not be affected, and the time can reach about 6 months.

Innovative construction methods can be selected, including dry laying, wet laying, empty laying, and pre laying anti sticking methods, to reduce labor intensity and better adapt to grassroots requirements.

Construction Method
Clean the surface of the base layer thoroughly. The base layer can be damp, but there should be no open water. During wet paving construction, the dry base layer needs to be moistened with water; When using the dry laying method for construction, the base treatment agent can be directly applied on the dry base layer.
During the construction of flat waterproofing, it is required to test lay the roll materials. The roll materials should be laid flat in sequence and the longitudinal overlap width between the roll materials should be 80mm, and the transverse overlap width should be 100mm. After the roll materials are laid neatly and the overlap is standardized, they should be rolled one by one before proceeding to the next step.
Using ordinary Portland cement not less than 42.5 and adding an appropriate amount of water to form a slurry, with a water cement ratio of 0.4, stir with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes, mix well and let it stand for 5-8 minutes before use.
Use a scraper to evenly apply the mixed cement slurry onto the base layer. While applying the cement slurry, lay the waterproof membrane on the surface of the base layer and press it firmly with exhaust gas. Additional layers should be added to the node according to the specifications and design requirements. The additional layers can be made of self-adhesive rolls or double-sided self-adhesive tape. The ends and joints of the rolls should be sealed with matching sealing coatings.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
1. When using the dry paving method for construction, the base layer should be flat and dry, and the base layer should be treated with a base layer treatment agent.
2. When the wet paving method is used for construction, the air in the coiled material shall be driven out, and the coiled material shall be rolled with a pressure roller to make the coiled material fully stick to the cement gel. The waterproof layer of the coiled material after construction shall not be trampled. After the acceptance of the waterproof layer of the roll material, it should be protected as soon as possible to prevent exposure and physical damage.
3. For damaged areas, the surface of the damaged area must be cleaned thoroughly, and then repaired with self-adhesive rolls, with a minimum overlap width of 100 millimeters with the surrounding area.
