The long-term weather resistance and durability of (EP) rubber, as well as the weldability of polypropylene, are enhanced by a layer of polyester fiber fabric sandwiched between two layers of TPO material, which can enhance its physical properties, improve its fracture strength, fatigue resistance, and puncture resistance. The TPO on the surface of the enhancement layer has a light colored smooth surface with high reflectivity, mainly white, which is beneficial for environmental protection and construction safety due to its lack of chlorine.Product Features
TPO roll material combines ethylene propylene rubber and polypropylene using advanced polymerization technology, combining the excellent weather resistance and durability of ethylene propylene rubber with the weldability of polypropylene.
Special formula technology, without the need for any plasticizers that can easily make the material brittle, can have high flexibility and toughness, without the phenomenon of general polyolefin materials becoming brittle due to plasticizer migration, maintaining long-term waterproof function.
There is a layer of polyester fiber fabric sandwiched in the middle, providing high tensile performance, fatigue resistance, puncture resistance of the roll material, suitable for mechanically fixing roof systems.
Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, maintaining flexibility at -40 ℃ and mechanical strength at higher temperatures.
Chemical resistance, corrosion resistance to acid, alkali, salt, animal oil, vegetable oil, lubricating oil, and growth of microorganisms such as algae and mold.
A light color mainly composed of white, with a smooth surface, high reflectivity, energy-saving effect, and pollution resistance.

This product is suitable for the waterproof layer of exposed or non exposed roofs in buildings, as well as the underground waterproofing of buildings that are prone to deformation. It is particularly suitable for the waterproofing of lightweight steel structure roofs and large concrete structure roofs. It is the preferred waterproof material for roofs of large industrial plants and public buildings.
H-homogeneous roll materials are mainly used as waterproofing materials.
L-backed membrane is suitable for roof waterproofing systems with fully adhered or empty laid roofs.
P-reinforced roll material is suitable for roof waterproofing systems that are mechanically fixed or laid in empty spaces.
